The GENAGRID project (2008-2012) developed bioinformatic services for genetic association studies using high-performance grid computation. The GenaGrid consortium included the following academic partners: Department of Genetics, Cell- and Immunobiology (Semmelweis University, Hungary), Department of Measurement and Information Systems (Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary) and the KFKI Research Institute for Particle and Nuclear Physics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (now Wigner Data Centre, Hungary).
