Support for KOBAK

Following our long cooperation with the Department of Genetics, Cell- and Immunobiology (Semmelweis University, Hungary) and the Department of Measurement and Information Systems (Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary), we provided free assistance to support the development of modern, next-generation educational tools, virtual laboratories, in the KOBAK project (http://kobak.bme.hu/). Virtual laboratories cover the whole spectrum of diagnostics and medical decision support, especially related to next-generation sequencing. See e.g. BayesCube, VariantAnalyzer at http://bioinformatics.mit.bme.hu.
